All Pension and Welfare Officers are required to attend training provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs and must be formally recognised by the Department to be able to work within their discipline. In an attempt to keep up to date with the ever changing legislation covering services to Veterans the majority of Officers regularly engage in community seminars. Our motto is “Get it Right the First Time”.

Home Visitation
This service provides the opportunity for those veterans to obtain services but because of numerous reasons cannot attend RSL House for an interview. Both Pensions and Welfare Officers offer this service.

Pensions Outline
This division is staffed by volunteers who have undergone extensive training for the processing of claims on behalf of a Veteran.

The League stands ready to assist ex-service and currently serving personnel with pension matters.

Our Pension Officers are all volunteers, highly trained and accredited.
